The Problem

A leading power supply company contacted us regarding a Ross Beaver Platform Truck being used more often for external operations, the vehicle had no weather protection.  

Another problem was the method of loading, individual items had to be palletised and then fork lift loaded, thus tying up an extra body and machine.

The Solution

The vehicle was fully dismantled and re-manufactured with a full weather proof cab manufactured and fitted.  

The provision of a manually operated Hydraulic Crane overcame the loading problem.  The re-manufacturing process included a new Traction Battery , new Traction controller and built in fully compliant safety features.
